AT ESOCIOUS COLLECTIONS, WE ARE COMMITTED TO QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. PLEASE REVIEW OUR POLICIES CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING YOUR ORDER.


ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS

By placing an order on our website, you agree that:

  1.  ALL SALES ARE FINAL
  2. WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES 
  3. APPROVED RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE) WILL BE ISSUED FOR STORE CREDIT


RETURNS / STORE CREDIT (IF APPROVED)

  • Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn
    • Unwashed
    • In original condition with tags attached
    • No smell/perfume
    • We will inspect your returned item(s) for faults and/or signs of wear once we receive it. We have the right to refuse your return if the item has been worn, used or not in its original condition.
    • Once received and inspected, store credit will be issued within 3–5 business days

  • Issued via email
  • Does NOT expire (important — remove expiration to avoid disputes)
  • Cannot be converted to cash or refund

  • Bodysuits / undergarments
  • Accessories (earrings, etc.)
  • Leggings
  • White items and sequin items 
  • Shipping fee

PLEASE NOTE: ALL ITEMS ARE THOROUGHLY QUALITY CHECKED PRIOR TO SHIPMENT! Items damaged after receipt (zippers broken, buttons or hooks popped off, tears or stains while trying on or unpacking etc.) WILL NOT be considered for return or exchange!

  • Must be reported within 24 hours of delivery

    • Order number
    • Clear photo evidence
    • We will review and provide the appropriate resolution.

  • Our no refund / store credit policy still applies
