Shipping policy


 

ADDRESS POLICY (VERY IMPORTANT)

  • Customers must enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

     

  • Esocious Collections is NOT responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping addresses the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct.

  • We DO NOT modify addresses after an order is placed.

 

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address will be issued store credit minus shipping cost.

     


    SHIPPING & PROCESSING

     

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

     

  • For next-day or expedited shipping, please email, text, Dm, WhatsApp or call us.

     

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from Esocious Collections, or you entered a wrong shipping address, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit.

    DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED

    If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier, but you have not received it; you must contact the carrier directly ( your local USPS post office, providing your tracking details). 

    If your package is confirmed as lost or stolen, please initiate a Lost/Stolen package claim with USPS. We will not replace USPS confirming package(s) delivery.  

     

     

    We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation. Esocious Collections does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered. There are NO EXCEPTIONS.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Please Note: International shipments may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination, and are the sole responsibility of the customer. Esocious Collections cannot predict what your particular duties, taxes, cutoffs fees may be. Esocious Collections is not responsible for payment of customs, taxes, and duties. For more information regarding your country’s customs policies please contact your local customs office. Orders that are refused will be charged the original shipping plus return shipping to us, or subject to become a total loss.
